Summary:

A fast-growing provider of fiber speed building-wide Internet services is seeking a high energy, driven, hands-on Business Development Associate with 1-3 years of prospecting and closing experience and a history of success, that is interested in joining an innovative sales team with opportunities for significant career growth.

Business Development associate Responsibilities:

• Responsible for identifying and engaging building owners, property managers, and real estate developers in order to support the expansion into new properties;
• Strategic outreach through emails, phone calls, and in person meetings;
• Establishes and nurture productive, professional relationships with key client’s personnel;
• Ability to build, educate, and nurture business relationships to achieve success;
• Generate and manage a healthy pipeline of sales opportunities and exceed sales targets.

Business Development associate Skills and Experience:

• At least 1-3 years’ experience in prospecting and closing deals.
• Not afraid of rejection and able to work with client’s executive team;
• The ability to work well in an entrepreneurial environment and "wear multiple" hats when necessary;
• Demonstrated excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills;
• Ability to work in a fast paced, lean team environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $26,000.00 - $61,000.00 per year
